This bright and prestigious apartment is at the foot of the world famous Avenue des Champs Elysées. The surrounding streets and avenues are filled with famous fashion designer boutiques, elegant art galleries and antique shops.
The attractive and well-maintained building was built in the 1930's and has a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window in the main hallway.
The sun-filled and spacious apartment was completely renovated in January of 2002 and there are oak wood floors throughout. The decor is modern and chic, decorated with black and white original photographs by well-known English photographer Giles Norman.
From the entrance hall, double glass-doors lead into the bright and spacious living room. The large window overlooks the inside courtyard. It is furnished with a large pullout sofa bed, Italian design chairs and table, with bookshelves and cupboards on the wall.
The bedroom has a large window with linen curtains and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers. Queen size bed.
From the main hall, another door leads to the bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The entirely tiled bathroom has a full bath with shower, toilette and hand-wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with all standard brand-new appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The apartment is attended weekly by maid service and linen change.
